OECD 220: Enchytraeid reproduction test

The OECD 220: Enchytraeid Reproduction Test assesses the effect of a substance on the reproductive success of a species resembling an earthworm. Worms are allocated to soils with different concentrations of the substance and a control soil. Offspring numbers and adult mortality are reported, along with any morphological or behavioral changes in adults.
